Pujya Swami Dattapadananda’s early childhood days had roots of philosophy and religion strongly imbedded. An ardent devotee of Lord Dattatreya, he is very well versed in the Agama shastras, the karma kanda and ritualistic procedures. He is very fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, Kannada, and English. His Jnana Yajnas and Satsangs in a simple non-conventional approach show a blend of the rich north and south cultures of our country. He underwent Sandeepany training under Pujya Swami Chidanandaji during 1992 – 93 and served the mission for almost 14 years in Ahmedabad. Later he was posted to Mangalore, Hubli, and Dharwad centres where he served for some time. Right now he is the acharya of our Vijayanagar Centre in Bangalore.
