Pujya Swami Sacchidanandaji basically belongs to Karnataka and inspired by Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda at an early age took up the Sandeepany course at Powai, Mumbai. After obtaining deeksha he served in various centres of the mission notable among them being the Mulund centre at Mumbai, Honkong, Singapore and London. After returning to India he was the live wire of the Mission in Koramangala and Sripaadakshetra conducting Yajnas and Satsangs in English and Kannada not only in several parts of Bangalore but also other cities. Right now he is serving as Acharya in our Hubli centre. Apart from his fluent exposition of the scriptures and able handling of the mission activities, his approach towards life has been an extraordinary demonstration of how a true master can inspire by his very living. Inspite of the fact that he is having a few medical problems which sometimes create panic in the medical fraternity, Swamiji is ever smiling and consoling the very doctors who attend on him. He is indeed a true saint who cares least for his body and is using it as an instrument for fulfilling Pujya Gurudev’s vision. He has traveled widely across the globe and even today - rain or sunshine cannot prevent him from taking his daily classes in any part of the city.  His simple exposition of the subtle vedantic concepts in a humorous style with simple but breath taking examples makes his discourses very interesting. He is very popular with the youth and his youth sessions and workshops are very well attended.
